Takeoff Estimating – GAAME will create a project folder on our Goggle drive, access bid documents, sort & identify the documents related to our scope of work, preform a detailed takeoff with Bluebeam PDF software, create a detailed quote letter with Microsoft word, create a detailed Excel cost sheet with Microsoft Excel, solicit supplier quotes for special or custom items then invite your company to share the folder and access all of our work.

We also complete bid forms, leveling sheets, scope sheets, RFI’s, RFQ’s as well as any other bid support documents required to prepare a detailed and comprehensive proposal.

Drafting – GAAME can prepare anything from a simple sketch to a complete submittal package including cut sheets & test reports. Our CAD software generated shop drawing packages include schedules, elevations and details with surrounding construction conditions (including accessing manufacturer CAD files), our submittal packages are often approved as noted on our 1st submittal.

Project Management – GAAME provides remote or on site project management services ranging from sourcing materials to completing close out packages. GAAME holds OSHA 30 training cards and has all the necessary equipment to properly measure & layout materials from a simple entrance elevation to a curved sloped stair rail.

In addition GAAME has extensive field installation experience (union & nonunion labor) enabling us to coordinate your installation crew with the project requirements.
